6S and Standardized Work In Process

 In Nov 2019, Olsen takes the implementation of 6S and standardized work as one of the key tasks. Under the leadership of chairman and workshop directors, the company has formulated 6S work standard, implementation plan and inspection system. It is estimated that Olsen will make great progresses in the near future.

 6S and standardization is an effective management concept and method for modern enterprises. It is  the key to win in the market competition, and the symbol of first-class enterprises. Its purpose is to ensure safe production, improve efficiency and quality, and make the working environment clean and orderly. Finally it will help employees improve the SHITSUKE.
