Advantages of Stamping

Most of our company's(OLSEN TECHNOLOGY) Dished Ends are stamped and formed by stamping. When the diameter of the head is more than 3 meters, the spinning is used. Compared with spinning, stamping has the following advantages:

    Production speed. The end of the dish can be thrown in minutes rather than hours.

    The quality of the surface treatment. It is much higher because the forming is done under water pressure, not the steel mold.

    Easy to manufacture. No manipulator or mold replacement is required.

    Flexibly form other shapes. Elliptical, circular, elliptical and complex shapes can also be formed by using the same press and by quickly changing the mold.
